Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Samuel Dierich, trading as VMHeaven, c/o IP-Management #8262, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 18, 20459 Hamburg, Germany, telephone +49 1522 3245373, e-mail contact@vmheaven.io) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://vmheaven.io/withdraw (link "Withdraw from contract" at the bottom of every page of our website and in the customer panel), in our Telegram bot @vmheaven_bot with /withdraw or the button "Withdraw from contract", and in our Mini App vmheaven.io/tg under Account with "Withdraw from contract". If you use this online function, we will send you without delay a receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Consumers have the right of withdrawal set out above. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).

We set up servers right after payment. In the order form on our website and when you order or renew in our Telegram bot or Mini App, we therefore ask you to request expressly that we start before the withdrawal period ends, and to confirm that you know that you pay for the service provided until a withdrawal and that your right of withdrawal ends once the contract has been fully performed. In the bot and the Mini App we record this request with the order and repeat it in the order confirmation.

If you withdraw after such a request, the amount under section 02 is the share of the price that corresponds to the days of the term until your withdrawal.

The receipt of the online withdrawal function on our website is an e-mail to the address you enter, with a PDF copy attached; you can also download it in the customer panel. In the Telegram bot and the Mini App the receipt is a PDF document that we send to your Telegram chat with the bot and that you can also download there.
