Monero VPS Pay in XMR, with no ID check

A Monero VPS is a server you pay for in XMR, the coin whose transactions hide the sender, the receiver and the amount. Every VMHeaven plan takes it: your order produces a euro invoice, Cryptomus turns it into an XMR amount at the moment you pay, and provisioning begins once the Monero network has confirmed the transfer. KVM plans start at €4.99 a month in Amsterdam, and XMR costs nothing extra.

01How it works

Pay for a VPS with Monero in three steps

All you need is an e-mail address and a wallet with XMR in it.

  1. 01

    Order, then pick XMR

Choose a plan and a city, create an account with an e-mail address, a name and a billing address, and select Cryptocurrency as the payment method. A euro invoice for the order is issued at once.

  2. 02

    Transfer the XMR amount

Open the Cryptomus page that belongs to the invoice, select Monero and transfer the exact XMR amount from a wallet you hold the keys to. You have 12 hours.

  3. 03

    About two minutes per block

Monero adds a block roughly every two minutes. When the transfer is confirmed, our panel double-checks it with Cryptomus and builds the server: Linux is usually reachable a minute later, Windows after a few minutes.

02Why XMR

Why pay for your VPS in Monero

What Monero changes about paying for a server — at no extra cost.

Private on the chain

Anyone can follow a Bitcoin payment from address to address. A Monero transaction does not show who sent it, who received it or how much it was.

Nothing to verify

An account needs an e-mail address, a name, a password and a billing address — nobody checks any of it, and a passport, a selfie or a phone number is never requested.

No XMR surcharge

Paying in Monero costs exactly what card or PayPal costs, on every product we sell: KVM VPS, Windows RDP, bare metal and Plesk hosting.

Top up once, renew from credit

Add funds in XMR from €5 and switch on auto-renew: the service renews from your balance 24 hours before it expires, with no new transaction every month.

03Plans

Two lines to start with

Start with Standard KVM, or take DMCA Ignored KVM if takedown notices are a concern — XMR pays for either.

Standard KVM

Intel · DDR4 ECC

Intel cores with DDR4 ECC memory and the most vCores for the money: 2 to 32 across nine sizes.

DMCA Ignored KVM

Intel · DDR4 ECC

Standard KVM hardware with one different rule: US DMCA notices are not acted on. The rest of the Acceptable Use Policy applies as on every line.

XMR also pays for Hi-CPU KVM, Pentesting KVM and bare metal. Windows Server is available on these plans as well — see Windows RDP.

04Use cases

Runs well on a Monero VPS

Monero software people run on a server of their own — all of it lawful, all of it allowed on every line.

monerod, full or pruned

Your own node, so your wallet never has to trust someone else's. Our guide sizes it: 400 GB or more for a full node, about 150 GB for a pruned one, which still validates everything. Storage blocks of 15 GB add disk to any KVM plan.

A restricted public RPC node

Let other people's wallets sync from your node through monerod's restricted RPC port, which serves wallets and refuses administrative calls, while the full RPC port stays on localhost. The guide has the config lines.

A node behind a Tor onion address

Publish the restricted RPC port as a .onion address, and your phone wallet reaches your own node over Tor without its RPC being open on the internet — set up in the same guide.

monero-lws

A light-wallet server next to your node: it scans view keys and speaks the MyMonero API, so light wallets sync through a server you run instead of a third party's.

Not Monero software, but common here too: a VPN or proxy for personal use is permitted on every line, takedown-sensitive projects belong on DMCA Ignored KVM, and Windows Server is on offer as Windows RDP, paid in XMR the same way.

05Privacy

What “anonymous” means here

Monero hides the payment, not the server. Here is what we hold, what the transfer reveals, and the limits that apply to every customer.

What we hold

The sign-up fields — e-mail, name, billing address with the country, none of it checked — your invoices, and what any website logs, such as the IP address you sign in from.

What the payment shows

On the Monero chain: not who sent it, who received it or how much. Cryptomus, which processes the payment, and our panel see that the invoice was paid. XMR sent straight from an exchange account is still tied to the identity you verified there.

The limits

A server always has a public IP address and stands under the law of its location. We are a German business, we answer lawful orders, and the Acceptable Use Policy holds however the invoice was paid.

For the full picture, read what anonymous VPS hosting can and cannot be; the wallet side is in paying for a VPS with Monero, step by step. Prefer Bitcoin? Bitcoin VPS. All other coins: Crypto VPS.

06What's allowed

What's allowed on this plan

Paying in crypto changes none of the rules: each KVM line keeps its own, and the Acceptable Use Policy applies however you paid.

DMCA notices

Depends on the line

Ignored on DMCA Ignored KVM only: there, US DMCA notices are filed and not forwarded to you. On every other line they are handled like any other abuse report under the Acceptable Use Policy.

Scanning

Pentesting KVM only

zmap, masscan and web scraping are allowed on Pentesting KVM, against systems you own or have written permission to test. Standard and Hi-CPU KVM do not allow scanning; DMCA Ignored KVM does not include it in its policy, so ask support first.

Always prohibited

On every plan

CSAM, weapons and drugs, malware and botnets, phishing and fraud, spam (unsolicited bulk e-mail), anything that gets the range blacklisted, and anything else illegal under German law. Any of it can end the service without notice and without a refund.

Refunds

As account credit

Once your server is set up, the right of withdrawal lapses; goodwill refunds are paid only as VMHeaven account credit, never as cash or a bank transfer.

The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy; refunds are section 07 of the Terms of Service.

07FAQ

Monero VPS: questions

Everything you need to know before deploying — and a human if you need more.

A server paid for in XMR rather than by card or bank. Every VMHeaven plan accepts it, from €4.99 a month for a KVM VPS in Amsterdam: you receive a euro invoice, Cryptomus turns it into an XMR amount, and the server is built once the transfer is confirmed.

Order a plan, choose Cryptocurrency at checkout, then pick Monero on the Cryptomus page and send the XMR amount it shows from a wallet whose keys you hold. The page is valid for 12 hours; provisioning starts by itself after confirmation.

Every product: Standard, Hi-CPU, DMCA Ignored and Pentesting KVM, Windows RDP, bare metal and Plesk hosting, renewals and upgrades included — at the same price as card or PayPal.

No. You give an e-mail address, a name, a password and a billing address with the country, and nobody verifies them. Passports, selfies and phone numbers are never requested.

Monero produces a block about every two minutes. Cryptomus decides how many confirmations it needs before it reports the invoice as paid — that is its setting, not ours. The server is then built straight away, and Linux is usually reachable within a minute. If a payment looks stuck, send support the invoice number.

Short: the invoice remains open, and the payment page accepts the missing XMR for as long as it is valid. Over: the order completes, and support credits the surplus to your balance once you send the invoice number.

We charge none — XMR costs what any method costs. Your wallet pays the network fee, and an exchange may take a withdrawal fee, so check that the full amount lands.

The payment is private on the chain, and we never check your identity. The server itself is not invisible: it has a public IP address, runs under the law of the country it stands in, and the Acceptable Use Policy applies however you paid.

Because a Bitcoin payment is public: anyone who links an address to you can follow it, and a withdrawal from an exchange is tied to the identity you verified there. A Monero transaction shows neither sender, receiver nor amount on the chain. For us both cost the same and buy the same plans — the difference is what the blockchain shows.

Not for a plan: every plan costs more than €2, so its invoice can be paid in XMR directly. Invoices under €2 — a single storage block, for instance — are paid from your account balance instead, and a balance top-up in XMR starts at €5.

No. Traffic is fair use and never billed per GB, at the port speed of your plan — 200 Mbit/s on the smallest, up to 10 Gbit/s on the largest. A Monero node's first sync downloads the whole chain once; that is normal use. We only get in touch when traffic degrades the platform for other customers.
