One account, one user
A plan here is a single cPanel account: domains, mail, databases and files under one login, with the disk quota the plan lists. WHM, where accounts get created and packaged for clients, is the layer above that: a server-level product rather than a shared plan. Tell us if reselling is where you are heading.
A jailed shell and free SSL
Certificates are issued and renewed for every domain and subdomain at no cost, and when the panel is not the fastest way to do something you get a jailed shell instead of a support ticket. Your account cannot see anyone else's, and nobody else can see yours.
30 to 250 GB of SSD
Three sizes, all on SSD, all with unlimited bandwidth and unlimited subdomains, so a traffic spike costs you nothing. Daily backups keep up to ten restore points you roll back yourself from the panel, so a bad plugin update is a two-minute problem.
Your PHP version, per site
Switch PHP versions and extensions per domain from the panel, with OPcache on and HTTP/3 already answering. A legacy shop on an old branch and a new site on the current one live in the same account without arguing about it.
Move in with one backup
Generate a full cPanel backup at your old host, or hand us the credentials and we pull it ourselves. Sites, mail, databases and DNS records arrive together, we test them here, and your old host keeps serving until you move the DNS. It costs nothing.
