Standard KVM Low-cost Intel VPS in nine sizes
Nine sizes on one Intel platform, from two vCores and 4 GB for a side project up to thirty-two vCores and 64 GB for a box that carries a whole stack. DDR4 ECC memory, NVMe on a replicated cluster, a port that grows with the tier, all of it in Amsterdam, set up automatically the moment the payment clears.

02Performance
Nine sizes, one platform
Two vCores at the bottom of the ladder and thirty-two at the top, the same Intel silicon and DDR4 ECC memory behind every one of them, at the Amsterdam price on every tier.
The platform underneath

- KVM · full root access
Standard KVM runs on Intel with DDR4 ECC memory on every node. Hi-CPU KVM has the same nine prices on AMD EPYC, with fewer vCores per plan.
Full root from minute one
It is your kernel: load modules, nest containers, swap the distribution from the panel when the project changes shape.
VNC when SSH is gone
The out-of-band console stays reachable when your own firewall rule does not, so a locked-out box is a reboot rather than a ticket.
Snapshot before you upgrade
Take one from the panel, break things confidently, roll back to it. The same snapshot is your way back on the night a kernel does not come back.
Firewall and rDNS in the panel
Packet rules and reverse DNS are yours to edit, and filtering already runs in front of the port in both regions.
03Platform
What you actually get
Intel cores, DDR4 ECC memory
The same Intel platform on every tier in Amsterdam, with ECC memory that corrects the single-bit error instead of handing it to your database. Moving up the ladder changes the row you are billed on and the cores you get, not the silicon underneath.
Enterprise flash, replicated
Storage is enterprise flash on a redundant Ceph cluster, so a drive or an entire node can fail without taking the 20 to 280 GB on your tier with it. The capacity moves up the ladder with the plan; what never changes is that no copy of your data lives on exactly one device. Need more without a bigger plan? Add storage in 15 GB blocks from the panel.
No queue between paying and booting
Provisioning runs unattended at every hour of the day. Pick a tier, pick a region, pay, and the machine is coming up while the invoice is still being written, with no approval queue and no callback. A reinstall from the template list later runs just as unattended.
Mitigation you never switch on
Volumetric floods are filtered in front of both regions by default, on the €4.99 tier exactly as on the €99.99 one. There is no protected add-on to buy and no toggle to hunt for in the panel: the uplink a small forum sits behind is the uplink everything else sits behind.
A port that grows with the tier
The entry plan answers on 200 Mbit/s, the middle of the ladder on 1 to 5 Gbit/s, and the top three tiers on 10. What moves across it is fair use rather than a meter: nothing per gigabyte on the invoice, and no overage mail after a week that went better than you expected.
Engineers, not a helpdesk script
Discord, Telegram and email, at whatever hour the thing broke, answered by people who can look at the hypervisor rather than at a help-centre index. First replies usually land inside the hour.

Nine prices, and the widest core count we sell at each of them: 2 vCores at the entry tier, 32 at the top, Intel throughout. When the job is one hot thread instead of many (a game world, a trading bot, a build runner), Hi-CPU KVM spends the same money on AMD EPYC and hands you 1 to 14. Choosing a city, or need Windows? VPS in the Netherlands compares all four lines in Amsterdam, and Windows RDP runs on these same nine plans.
06What's allowed
What's allowed on this plan
Standard KVM sits on our clean IP range. Any lawful use is fine. These are the four answers to know before you order.
DMCA notices
Handled under the AUP
A DMCA notice is handled like any other abuse report under the Acceptable Use Policy. For a relaxed takedown policy, choose DMCA Ignored KVM or, on bare metal, DMCA Ignored Dedicated.
Scanning
Not on this plan
Port scans and network sweeps are not allowed here. They belong on Pentesting KVM, the one KVM line where scanning is part of the policy.
Always prohibited
On every plan
CSAM, weapons and drugs, malware and botnets, phishing and fraud, spam (unsolicited bulk e-mail), anything that gets the range blacklisted, and anything else illegal under German law. Any of it can end the service without notice and without a refund.
Refunds
As account credit
No refunds. Goodwill is only given as VMHeaven account credit, at our discretion, never as cash or a bank transfer.
The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy; refunds are section 07 of the Terms of Service.
